Refunds
Crowned sells digital story unlocks. If you request a full refund through Stripe and it is granted, we revoke that unlock, any Patron badge, and any public credit tied to it.
Partial refunds (for example a goodwill credit) do not remove access.
If a charge looks wrong, sign in with the email from checkout and write us via the in-app feedback link before disputing with your bank — we can usually see the payment from that address.
